I am a softbank user. So I initially went to Softbank to get my phone fixed. But since my phone was not purchased through Softbank, SoftBank refused to do any service on my phone. And that was after sitting there for 15 minutes getting all my information verified and still that portion was not even done properly. I ended up looking for another phone repair service for iPhones while I was at the soft bank store. They initially told me not to go to this place and that I should go to an Apple Store. I’m not able to go to Apple Store only because I don’t have time for an appointment and I needed my phone fixed today (6/3/2025). Once I got to the store, the security guard was very helpful in showing me the right way to go. The store clerk was very understanding and helpful in the situation. After explaining to him what I needed done he quickly and efficiently got the job done within 30 minutes. Softbank said that they could get the job done in 1 hour. The store is a small location, but 100% worth the conversation, friendliness from the staff, willingness to understand the situation and the urgency. I highly recommend this place. I will be posting more pictures and even a video of how to get to this location. If you’re a foreigner, and you’re trying to get your phone fixed, you should come here. If you want a headache from another phone store or even some of the other locations that fix phones go to a different location. 子供用のMac Bookのバッテリー交換で利用しました。 雑居ビル１階の奥の方にお店があるので少し分かりにくかったですが、お店の方は丁寧に対応してくださり、修理前と後には素人にも分かりやすい説明で、修理内容を説明してくださりました。 修理が終わった際には、終わりましたよと連絡もしてくださり、このお店にして良かったと思いました。 パソコンやスマホが壊れないのが1番ですが、もしもまた調子が悪くなったときは、次もこちらのお店を利用したいと思います。
